About Leonard

I was born and raised in Palm Beach County,  Florida. My family and I moved all over the place so as a child I never understood the importance of relocating. Of course that changed with time. My mother was, and still is, a hard worker. She showed my siblings and me that anything in this world is tangible, as long as you believe in yourself. We never owned a home growing up, we always rented but there was never a dull moment. As I got older and learned about the benefits of owning property, I quickly became interested and devoted all of my time to learning as much as possible. I went on to be a collegiate student-athlete but that was cut short due to a shoulder injury. My professional football dreams were over and for a while, I was lost. That wasn’t for long though. I moved on to timeshare and witnessed happy people become happier. That happiness was infectious. My drive is to pass on that feeling to as many people as possible, because if you're happy I'm happy.
